High efficiency filters are mainly used to capture particles, dust, and various suspended solids above 0.5um, as the end filtration of various filtration systems. Using ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, folding materials such as adhesive paper and aluminum foil as dividing plates, sealing with a new type of polyurethane sealant, and made of galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet, and aluminum alloy profiles as outer frames.
1. High filtration accuracy: The removal rate of suspended solids in water can reach over 95%, and it has a certain removal effect on impurities such as large molecular organic matter, viruses, bacteria, colloids, and iron. After good coagulation treatment, the treated water has an inlet of 10NTU and an outlet of less than 1NTU;
2. Fast filtration speed: generally 40m/h, up to 60m/h, which is more than three times that of ordinary sand filters;
3. Large pollutant carrying capacity: generally 15-35kg/m3, which is more than 4 times that of ordinary sand filters;
4. Low backwash water consumption rate: The backwash water consumption is less than 1-2% of the periodic filtration water consumption;
5. Low dosage and low operating costs: Due to the structure of the filter bed and the characteristics of the filter material itself, the dosage of flocculant is 1/2 to 1/3 of conventional technology. The increase in periodic water production leads to a reduction in operating costs per ton of water;
6. Small footprint: To produce the same amount of water, the footprint is less than one-third of that of a regular sand filter;
7. Strong adjustability: parameters such as filtration accuracy, interception capacity, and filtration resistance can be adjusted as needed;
8. The filter material is durable and has a lifespan of over 20 years.
